How many times has the Cabinet Secretary met with council leaders across the whole of Wales since taking on their new role in the Welsh Government?

I have met local authority leaders collectively twice and will continue to have monthly meetings. I have also met separately with six Leaders and plan to meet all leaders individually during the autumn.
