What discussions is the Welsh Government having with the UK Government about the budget ahead of 30 October 2024?

I will meet with the Chief Secretary to the Treasury on 3 October at the Finance: Inter-Ministerial Standing Committee and will have a bilateral meeting alongside that where we will discuss Wales specific issues. The UK Budget will be a focus of these discussions.
I have already met with the Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury on 18 September where we discussed aspects of the UK Autumn Budget including the implications of tax decisions for Wales.
