The Welsh Government continues to prioritise investment in Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in Wales. As part of their role in ensuring that needs are matched by appropriate provision, all local authorities should work with their mainstream and special schools to ensure their school funding arrangements are effective in supporting and raising the achievement of all children with ALN.
