What plans does the Cabinet Secretary have to take forward the recommendations of the Independent Commission on the Constitutional Future of Wales?

We have endorsed in full the Commission's recommendations. We are having talks with partners, including the UK Government, and policy development is progressing, including scoping models for an expert advisory panel to strengthen democratic innovation and inclusive community engagement. I will keep the Senedd updated on key developments.
