What discussions is the Welsh Government having with the UK Government to tackle employment issues in light of the Equality and Human Rights Commission report published in November 2023 that shows that workers from ethnic minority backgrounds are more likely than white British workers to be in insecure employment?

We are in regular and close contact with the UK Government about the delivery of a transformative New Deal for Working People. This will make work fairer, safer and more secure for all workers. In addition, we are continuing to deliver on the Anti-racist Wales Action Plan, which will improve the lived experiences of black, Asian and minority ethnic people.
