How many buildings with cladding are still in the intrusive survey phase as part of the Welsh Government building safety fund?

237 buildings have submitted Expressions of interest to the Building Safety Programme. All have received a digital survey and 15 are awaiting an intrusive survey to be completed.
As this is a rolling Programme, we expect to receive further Expressions of Interest in the future.
It should also be noted that Wales has not focussed on just cladding, instead looking at both internal and external fire safety issues. Therefore, the numbers quoted above include buildings with internal fire safety issues present, external fire safety issues present, or both.
