What evaluation has the Welsh Government made of the help to buy scheme?

My predecessor commissioned research into the future needs of home buyers and the place of Help to Buy – Wales, to ensure our support remains relevant and is targeted at those who most need it. This report was published over the Summer and included an analysis of the scheme. I am committed to considering its findings in my broader assessment of the needs of prospective homes owners.
