We are carefully considering the recommendations contained within the Grenfell Phase 2 Enquiry Report.
However, significant work has already been undertaken in Wales following the publication of the Phase 1 report, which includes establishment of the Building Safety Programme to drive delivery of the required reform and a route for all residential buildings over 11 metres tall to have fire safety issues addressed.
