Officials will develop a WelTAG Stage 0 to set out the Case for Change for the A55 Junctions 14 to 16a during this financial year. Subject to conclusions of the WelTAG Stage 0, consultants will be appointed to progress to the next stages of WelTAG Stages 1 and 2 during the next financial year to identify and consult on options.
