What is the Welsh Government doing to ensure freeholder-developer relations do not further delay cladding works at Victoria Wharf?

Officials are engaged on a regular basis with all parties, including representatives of the developer, freeholder and leaseholders of Victoria Wharf.
I am pleased to confirm that the access license is now signed by all parties and Taylor Wimpey are scheduled to start works in October 2024.
