The lowest level of geographical disaggregation of Flying Start childcare data is at the Local Authority level.
Data on Phase 1 and Phase 2 will be included in the next official Flying Start data release, following completion of the required validation checks for official statistics. From April 2023, Phase 1 expansion data was absorbed in to core collection processes for Flying Start and, as a consequence, cannot be disaggregated from core Flying Start data.
The official Flying Start data release is planned for Autumn 2024.
