The developer of Victoria Dock, Caernarfon (Watkin Jones) is in the process of signing the Welsh Government’s legally binding contract, solidifying their commitment to remediating fire safety issues for which they are responsible. We expect this process to be concluded in the coming weeks.
Once the contract is signed, Watkin Jones will be obliged to produce quarterly progress reports to Welsh Ministers including timescales, progress, and any barriers to the completion of works.
