Will the Cabinet Secretary provide clarification on plans for restricting meal deals with a high fat, sugar or salt content following the Welsh Government press release from the 27 June 2023?

The Welsh Government continues to explore options to add to the healthy food environment measures already taken forward following our Healthy Food Environment consultation in 2022. Meal deal and temporary price reduction restrictions will require future legislation which is being considered alongside other approaches to promote affordable healthy food options for everyone.
