Will the Cabinet Secretary provide an update on what actions they are taking to ensure that train stations are safe spaces?

We are improving the stations we own as part of the Core Valley Lines Transformation. This includes installing better lighting, new CCTV, passenger help points alongside providing an increased security presence, so that all passengers are safe and feel safe. We provide funding to the British Transport Police enabling them to employ additional staffing resources to maintain and improve the safety of passengers using rail services all across Wales.
