What discussions is the Cabinet Secretary having with councils about bus services being pulled from semi-rural areas?

In addition to providing an additional £39m to local authorities this financial year to help support local bus services through our Bus Network Grant, we have asked Transport for Wales to work closely with local authorities to develop new regional bus plans which will help prioritise bus routes for further investment including those serving semi-rural areas.
