Social housing is a key priority for this Government. We are providing record levels of funding to support our commitment to deliver 20,000 additional homes for rent in the social sector during this Senedd Term, with more than £1.4bn allocated across Wales in the first four years of this term.
Denbighshire County Council has received £32.7m since the start of this term of government to develop new affordable housing schemes that meet its strategic housing priorities and will receive up to £10.2m this financial year.
