What discussions has the Cabinet Secretary had with the UK Labour Party on reforming the statutory sick pay system, so that it does not exclude those on low earnings?

I have not met with the UK Labour Party in a Ministerial capacity, nor have Welsh Government officials met with the UK Labour Party in order to discuss reforming statutory sick pay system, so that it does not exclude those on low earnings.
