Will the Cabinet Secretary provide the information on the increase in the number of cyclists using Active Travel routes over the last two financial years in Aberconwy?

The Welsh Government does not hold this information. I understand that Conwy County Borough Council have arranged for monitoring on recently developed and potential future routes, which will be submitted to the Welsh Government in due course as part of annual reporting cycles.
