Will the Cabinet Secretary provide a full breakdown of health board spending allocations in each of the last 10 years and indicate whether there were in-year changes to any allocations, and if so, by how much?

This information is already in the public domain.

The allocations for each health boards are set out in the main health board allocation letter published in advance of each financial year, typically in December.

They are routinely updated for a number of areas on an in-year basis of both centrally held budgets and specific issues that may emerge in-year, such as funding of pay awards.

Final allocations, and health board performance against them, are published in the accounts of each organisation and the NHS (Wales) Summarised Account.
