Will the Cabinet Secretary provide an update on any changes to permitted development rights for campsites in Wales?

As recently advised, I have instructed my officials to begin work on a review of permitted development rights for air source heat pumps, off-street charging of electric vehicles, reverse vending machines, temporary camping and caravan sites, and natural flooding. This work includes a consultation which will be carried out later this year.
