When does the Welsh Government plan to publish their formal consultation report on extending permitted development rights?

I have given approval for work to begin on a review of permitted development rights for air source heat pumps, off-street EV charging, reverse vending machines, temporary campsites, and natural flooding. This work includes a consultation which will be carried out later this year.
Once the consultation is complete, we will consider the responses. We will publish a summary report of responses on the Welsh Government website prior to making any changes to permitted development rights.
