Did the First Minister conclude that in the case of the former Minister for Social Partnership, under the terms of section 1.7 of the Ministerial Code, there had been an undeniable breach of the Code?

I asked the Permanent Secretary for advice on the process to be followed on handling a breach of the Ministerial Code and I have acted accordingly. I will not be disclosing further details of confidential matters relating to the appointment and removal of ministers.
