Did the First Minister ask the Permanent Secretary to consider a complaint against the Minister for Social Partnership and report to him, as set out in Section 1.7 of the Ministerial Code?

I asked the Permanent Secretary for advice on the process to be followed on handling a breach of the Ministerial Code and I have acted accordingly. I will not be disclosing further details of confidential matters relating to the appointment and removal of ministers.
