In April 2024, the health board commissioned Capsticks HR Consultancy Advice Services to undertake a review of Ear, Nose and Throat, and Head and Neck services at Ysbyty Gwynedd following concerns raised by staff in relation to culture, behaviour and working relationships. The review should be completed by the end of June 2024 with the final report and recommendations to be shared with the health board during July 2024.
