The Welsh Government has recently published its Noise and Soundscape Plan for Wales for the 2023-2028 period Written Statement: Noise and Soundscape Plan for Wales 2023-2028 – our national strategy on soundscapes (4 December 2023) | GOV.WALES. We are currently developing our noise mitigation strategy for the Strategic Road Network including the A55 which is based on the priorities set out in the plan.
