On what date and via what medium was the Government’s decision to establish a community assets commission announced to the Senedd?

It was confirmed during the plenary debate on the LGH Committee report on Community Assets on 11 January 2023, that I and my cabinet colleagues, Rebecca Evans and Jane Hutt, accepted, in principle, the recommendation to establish a commission.
The commission is taking the form a task & finish group with its terms of reference and membership now being finalised. I shall be issuing a statement prior to the summer recess, confirming specific details.
