Will the Valuation Office Agency be using data on conservatories and extensions gathered from local authority planning departments for the purposes of revaluation, in the context of the Valuation Office Agency's work for the Welsh Government on a council tax revaluation?

This information is not held by the Welsh Government. The Valuation Office Agency - an executive agency of HMRC - is the statutory body which values properties for council tax purposes in Wales (as it is in England). It is independent of the Welsh Government. The methodology used to value properties across England and Wales for a range of purposes, is a matter for them.
