Welsh Government expects all social landlords to have a complaints procedure. The Complaints Standards Authority (CSA), created under the Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) 2019 Act provides a model complaints handling process for all public bodies, including social landlords.
The Public Service Ombudsman for Wales also considers complaints in regard to social housing.
