Will the First Minister provide a full breakdown of the severance package offered to the former Minister for Social Partnership covering the period of time she was a member of the current Cabinet, from 21 March 2024, and not including the time served in the former First Minister's cabinet?

No severance packages are provided by the Welsh Government to outgoing Ministers. Pay is reserved to the Senedd Commission upon advice/recommendations from the Independent Remuneration Panel who set the rules regarding any applicable payments via its Determination on Member’s Pay and Allowances.
