What monitoring has the Welsh Government undertaken of fires that have occurred in high-rise buildings in Wales over the past five years, including the causes of these incidents and the response from managing agents?

Data is not captured using building height as a metric as that has no plausible bearing on the risk of fire.
However, data is available on the causes and source of ignition of accidental fire incidents. This data shows a general decline in number of incidents in recent years and is now close to an all-time low. This data can be accessed here Accidental primary fires by cause and source of ignition (gov.wales).
