Has the Welsh Government reappropriated funding from people who have no legal right to be supported with public money?

As previously answered in WQ92933, the Welsh Government produces guidance for organisations in Wales to encourage support for people who are subject to No Recourse to Public Funds conditions, where this is permitted under UK Government rules. Public Funds has a very specific meaning, relating to a list of funds and services which affected individuals are not permitted to access. We ensure we comply with UK Government rules to ensure immigration applications are not invalidated.
