Has the First Minister designated a Welsh Minister to decide on the planning application from Dauson Environmental Group's solar farm in Cardiff South and Penarth on his behalf, if so who will make this decision?

When planning applications are submitted to the Welsh Ministers, responsibility for their determination is allocated in accordance with the Ministerial code. An application has yet to be made so a Cabinet Secretary has not been allocated to the case.
