What is the Welsh Government's latest expected timescale for eliminating two-year NHS waiting lists in most specialities?

As of February 2024, over two-year waits now account for only 3% of all waits, this is a reduction from 10% in April 2022.
The majority of these (over 87%) as of February 2024 have been narrowed to seven specialities across Wales, however a number of health boards have one or more specialities outside of these challenged areas.
I have been very clear on my expectations of the NHS for 2024-25 to clear all two-year waits, including those in the challenged specialities.
