The Infrastructure (Wales) Bill sets a statutory timeframe for decisions on applications for projects generating up to 350MW as well as other large infrastructure projects of 52 weeks. The subordinate legislation will set time periods for the different elements of the process, including the consultation period, validation, period for representations to be made by statutory consultees, and the timescale for examination.
