Further to WQ92422, will the Cabinet Secretary provide clarification as to whether the plan developed to resolve immediate issues in the dermatology service at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board will result in improved access to dermatology consultants?

As I stated in response to WQ92422, the health board has developed a plan to resolve immediate issues within its dermatology service.   This plan will facilitate improved access to a range of dermatology specialists, including specialist nurses, general practitioners, pharmacists, and consultants to ensure patients can access the most appropriate professional to meet their individual needs.

My officials are meeting regularly with the health board to discuss progress against this immediate plan, as well as development of a sustainability plan for dermatology services.
