What legal advice did the Counsel General provide the Welsh Government that led it to decide not to take the UK Government to court over HS2 funding?

There are a range of factors that need to be taken into account when considering how best to pursue fair funding for Wales in relation to HS2. We will continue to press the UK Government for our fair share of rail investment, to re-classify HS2 and to provide the £350m of funding we have lost out on so far.
