Will the Commission provide a full breakdown of the data on patterns of work and working from home arrangements that it has collected, as referenced in answer to WQ91970, including what proportion of staff have had some kind of working from home arrangement for each of the last five years?

Within the Commission workforce, 15.9% of staff undertake part time working, 82.9% of staff are full time employees and 1.2% work term time patterns.

In 2019, 10 staff (which equated to 2% of the workforce) had a contractual, permanent working from home arrangement in place. In 2020, this increased to 12 staff, and the number has remained static since then.

There are a number of roles within the Commission, such as security, porters and front of house staff, that cannot be conducted anywhere but on the Senedd Estate.  These roles equate to 18% of Commission staff.  Therefore, before the onset of the pandemic, all roles bar the permanent homeworkers would conduct their work in the office.  However, post pandemic, all roles that are either fixed to the office or permanent homeworkers, have the ability to work from home, if service delivery requirements allow.

As referenced in WQ91970, as the Commission does not collate individualised information for every member of staff and their exact location at a particular point of the day as they discharge their duties, it is not possible to provide a breakdown of this over the past 5 years.
