Is the Cabinet Secretary aware of changes to the central organisation of Age Cymru in recent years which have led to greater centralisation of powers and decision-making in Age UK, and any effect this has had on collaboration between the Government and the organisation to deliver for the people of Wales?

We are not aware of any changes. Age Cymru was once part of the Age UK group structure but as of April 2023 is an independent organisation.
We continue to work collaboratively with Age Cymru on a range of projects and Age Cymru receives Welsh Government funding to deliver services to older people in Wales via our Sustainable Third Sector Grant Scheme.
