Transport Orientated Development, defined as maximising the amount of residential, business and leisure space within walking distance of public transport, is well aligned to both our Transport and Land Use Planning policies. Steps are set out in both our National Transport Delivery Plan and Future Wales: the national plan 2040 / Planning Policy Wales.
