The Criminal Justice Bill and the impact of it is being considered by Welsh Government in line with established constitutional procedures. The Legislative Consent Memorandum laid by Welsh Government on 29 January 2024 and Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum laid on 2 April 2024 set out the position on the clauses of the Bill which engage the Legislative Consent Motion process.
