Why was Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board reporting against ten speciality areas for under 18s waiting over two years in April 2022, compared to eight speciality areas in December 2023, as set out in the response to WQ91965?
Table 1 below shows the specialities with two year waits for under 18 years for April 2022 and December 2023.
There was no change in the way data were reported over this period, However, the number of specialties with waits over two years fell from ten to eight. Specifically, endocrinology waits over two years were cleared by June 2022 and gynaecology waits over two years were cleared by October 2023.
