The Welsh Government is fully committed to the principle of clear law that is accessible to all and free from errors. We are committed to robust quality assurance processes for subordinate legislation. These include checks of draft instruments and the promotion of effective knowledge management practices such as the sharing of relevant reports of the Legislation, Justice and Constitution Committee amongst drafters.
