What weight does the Minister give to bids which will retain jobs on site when disposing of land owned by the Welsh Government?
The detail of a disposal and prioritisation on outcomes sought will be dependent upon the nature of the asset. However, the priority is to achieve public value from the disposal and also consider the societal impact of government activities. Outcomes from disposals aspire to improve people’s lives, economic wellbeing and protect or enhance the environment and biodiversity.
