What discussions has the Minister had with the Scottish Government regarding free bus travel for under 22 year olds, following the Senedd's Petitions Committee taking evidence on the feasibility of Wales following Scotland's lead by making buses free for under-22s?

Officials have met their counterparts from the Scottish Government to discuss their free bus travel scheme for under 22 year olds. We have examined this option as part of the work we have done on Fairer Fares. Due to continued disappointing funding settlements from the UK Government, we have not been able to progress this initiative to date. We continue to meet representatives from the other UK nations and regions on a regular basis to monitor fares and ticketing initiatives.
