What is the current average waiting time between an additional learning need being identified in a pupil to the creation of an individual learning plan?

The Welsh Government does not collect this data. However, there are statutory timeframes for preparing individual development plans for learners with additional learning needs. Meetings with Additional Learning Needs Co-ordinators do not require a diagnosis.
