What action is the Welsh Government taking to ensure that pupils in Denbighshire schools have adequate access to mental health and pastoral support?

In March 2021, The Welsh Government published a framework on embedding a whole school approach to emotional and mental well-being. The framework, which is statutory guidance, aims to support schools in assessing and reviewing their own wellbeing needs, and developing plans to meet those needs.
Our budget for 2024-25 includes £13.6m funding to support implementation of the framework, including £167,428 for Denbighshire County Council.
