Homelessness accommodation and rough sleeping data is reported by local authorities on a monthly basis and is available on the Stats Wales website. The latest published data shows a reduction in the number of rough sleepers reported by Denbighshire County Council between June 2023 and December 2023.
Rough sleeping is a complex issue and we continue to work with local authorities to support assertive outreach to not only assist people off the streets into accommodation, but to ensure they have the support to help them sustain accommodation.
