Further to WQ91778, what consideration has the Minister given to people who are travelling on core valley lines at stations without ticket booths who cannot access the app?

Transport for Wales’ Revenue Protection Policy exists to stop those who purposely travel without a valid ticket.
There are several alternative ways to buy rail tickets on the core valley lines when travelling from stations without ticket booths for those unable to access the TfW App. This includes via phone, online through the website or from participating Payzone retailers using cash or card. It is also possible to buy a ticket from a conductor on the train.
