What additional measures will the Minister take to ensure the streamlining of communication between Transport for Wales staff when people with accessibility issues access the rail service?

It is a priority for the Welsh Government to improve communication with all passengers, especially those with accessibility needs. Transport for Wales currently offer a range of ways to discuss services with passengers to suit their individual needs including face to face with station and onboard staff, email, phone, or social media.
