Sport Wales, the Welsh Government’s key delivery partner for sport, has a capital investment programme with an annual budget of £8m.One of its roles is to identify projects, liaising with national partners, to help grow participation in sport. One of the projects it has supported in north Wales has been the proposed Denbighshire Velodrome.
